2025 Ambassador Workshop Program
Calais XXL invites you to come and share your experiences and discover best practices for growing your business. Reserved for signatories of the Territory Ambassadors' charter, these workshops are divided into three areas: 'Development aid', 'Quality of reception' et 'Knowledge of the territory'.
We learn together!
The 2025 Calais XXL Ambassadors program promises to be a rich and varied program! The teams have designed short, accessible sessions lasting just a few hours to accommodate training within the busy schedules of professionals and entrepreneurs. For this first year, we're offering three key themes.
- 'Development aid' : with meetings organized around the commercial development of a tourist activity.
- 'Quality of reception' : to support the staff who interact with visitors and establish our legendary reputation for hospitality.
- 'Knowledge of the territory' : times for discussion around major events and key moments in the region to obtain the right information and provide better tourist advice.

On the program: Focus on trending themes in the tourism sector and presentation of inspiring package examples — Presentation of tourism stakeholders in the region — Aperitif and free discussion between participants
The objective: know each other better to innovate better in terms of offerings
Two-hour presentation/afterwork relaxation with examples and presentations for hosts.

'How to increase your average basket by combining offers and services?'
A workshop designed specifically for hosts. This workshop includes:
Presentation of the expectations and needs of target customers — Some inspiring examples of offers with combined services — Practical application: what services can you offer your customers to increase your average basket?
The objective: leave this workshop with an offer written and ready to distribute on your sales platforms / website
Presentation meeting and 2-hour workshop on the expectations of target customers with inspiring examples for hosts.
