Since 1922, Maison Maréchal Huchin has been perpetuating a cheesemaking tradition in Coulogne, passed down through four generations and now carried on by Marion Ducloy. The cheese shop and dairy sells nearly 200 cheeses and continues to produce butter using traditional methods. Three of its products—La Roue Forestière, Le Pavé des Brasseurs, and a butter with Guérande sea salt—have won bronze medals at the World Cheese Championship. In addition to its shop, the company also sells its products at the markets in Oye-Plage, Blériot-Plage, Coquelles, Nordausques, and at Place Crèvecœur in Calais.
