It's the countryside next to the sea! Located 5km from Sangatte and Wissant, 10 minutes from Calais, 5 minutes from the A16 and 10 minutes from the Channel Tunnel.
Has 4 bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Lawn, flowerbeds and green spaces on 1300m2, barbecue.

Independent and enclosed property. Barn available for storing bikes, windsurfing boards etc.

Rates: €900 from Oct. to March; €1000 from April to September (including charges). Priority 2 weeks in summer; €500 on weekends (only outside holidays). If extra day: €100. Deposit €200

Sheets and linen to bring. Beds made possible on weekends only and on request (10€/bed). Not possible in July-August.
Cleaning on request at weekends €80.
