In his kitchen open to the dining room, chef Alain Moitel promotes organic and sustainable agriculture as well as local producers through cuisine that is punctuated by the seasons and meetings with the chefs who collaborate in this wonderful place to live.
Every last Wednesday of the month the chef offers children's cooking lessons, adult cooking classes on the last Thursday of each month
