The Marais cycle route connects Coulogne to Guînes without interruption, along the east bank of the Guînes canal, following the route of the former Calais-Anvin railway line. The route passes the Carrée lock and the Sainte-Victoire chapel, and can be traveled in either direction, starting from either Coulogne or Guînes.

The Calais Majest'in, a river shuttle, connects the Calais citadel to the neighbouring town of Coulogne. The journey time is approximately 30 minutes from one end of the line to the other, between the Calais Nord (George V) stop and Coulogne (Pont de Coulogne), with three stops on the programme: Meuse, Cité Dentelle and Nation.
During this mini river cruise, audio guides with accompanying videos are available free of charge. The Majest'in, which can carry 70 passengers, is integrated into the public transport system as part of an intermodal plan, with each stop located near a bus stop. It is now also possible to bring your bicycle on board to explore the Marais Cycle Route.

At the helm of this place is a non-profit organization whose primary goal is to share a passion for nature and raise awareness about environmental protection. Rich in biodiversity, the park offers a chance to learn more about local flora and fauna and discover the treasures of the marsh. The park introduces visitors to farm animals, including pygmy goats and Ouessant sheep, veritable eco-friendly lawnmowers, not to mention alpacas whose wool is used in workshops. Visitors will also encounter frogs, newts, and bees, sparking interest in beekeeping and the discovery of beehives. Those with a sweet tooth will find delicious orchard fruits, and botany enthusiasts will discover the benefits of nettle, elderberry, and many other local plants.
