Artisan coffee roasters since 1968, La Cafétoria continues the tradition of coffee roasting passed down through generations in the Hauts-de-France region, with locations on Boulevard Jacquard in Calais and at the Cité Europe shopping center in Coquelles. Their selection of pure Arabica and single-origin coffees, roasted using traditional methods, ranges from mild to strong, alongside a house blend called Café du Dragon, a nod to Calais's identity.
