A festival of flavors in an unusual and original setting… Located within the artistic hub of Le Channel, this bistro offers everyday and extraordinary cuisine, simple yet generous. Children's cooking classes are held on the last Wednesday of each month, and adult cooking classes on the last Thursday of each month.
In this place brimming with surprises and boasting an unusual architecture, culture reigns supreme. Reinvented as the former Calais slaughterhouses, the venue comprises various spaces that wind around a vast courtyard. For adults, the Grandes Tables du Channel is the place to be, but for children, head to the Bistrot, with its colorful checkered tables and decidedly industrial style! There's a children's menu, and the cuisine features products that showcase the flavors of our region.
