In the beginning, there was the land and the sea... Our only ambition is to offer a modern and generous cuisine, rooted in the seasons, made with seafood and land-based ingredients. Paired with fine wines, we offer dishes prepared using a variety of cooking methods (grill, plancha, etc.) in a verdant and bucolic setting.
